At the 5 Senses Garden, Inner West Neighbour Aid runs a variety of weekly therapeutic and educational workshops, all designed to promote wellbeing in a peaceful, natural setting. Our workshops include art and music therapy, horticulture, crafts, cooking, and meditation, offering something for everyone.
We also host support groups for carers and individuals living with dementia, providing a safe space for connection and support. Additionally, we partner with local community groups to offer intergenerational workshops that foster learning and relationships across different age groups.
